i cant open this website i have already this website but old bersion i tried to update no update i erase and idownload again its useless didt open

This app has stopped working since the new iOS 10 update. I have a lot of important pictures on here. Please update the app.

I believe the only way you can get your photos back after the latest iPhone back up is to find an iPhone 4 without the latest IOS then save to camera roll. I have an old iPod which I will reset then restore to my iPhone iCloud just to save the photos. Wish me luck! When I click contact support its not in English

Hi, used your free version and ordered the pro one. But all my photos could not be imported from your free version. This is not useful and it makes no sense. Please think about your app with two different names. And you save all the photos in a very low quality. Why that?
